You do realize that back in the 1960's that not one of the restaurants in the deep South would have gone bankrupt if they refused service to black people right. I mean I am not able to understand what the hell your problem is with guaranteeing civil rights. Please go and re-read the 14th amendment because you clearly are not able to get it through your head. Now if you want to prevent gays or blacks from entering your private residence that is perfectly fine because that is not a public establishment.

Net neutrality means that you cannot discriminate against the packets that are being requested. For example, it does not matter I am shipping by UPS, I only pay based on the size and weight. What you are suggesting is that UPS be allowed to open my package and inspect the contents and then charge me based on the value of the contents. Now I bet you will say why don't you use another company, but there are only 3 shipping companies USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If UPS can get away with this practice, I am sure FedEx will do the same. Somehow you are not able to understand simple facts which conflict with your ideology.

I mean tax rates not total tax revenues. Obviously there is going to be more tax revenue if the economy expands. I am not sure what that proves. What I am claiming is that tax rates are near all-time lows right now. I think we should tax capital gains as regular income and use the extra money to fund some job training programs.

Wait a minute, if trickle down actually worked why did it not hold after the 8 year period you cited. You do realize that taxes are near all-time lows right now. By your logic, we should be drowning in jobs and wages should be skyrocketing. But of course that is not the case. What you seem to ignore is that productivity has skyrocketed since the 1980's but wages have largely remained stagnant.
