No, they aren't. We've had mail in voting here in Washington state for 15 years and there haven't been any serious allegations of fraud. It's a better system that forcing everyone to go to some arbitrary polling place. You can sit down and look up the people and issues you're voting on. Do a little now, do a little later. Also, interfering with the mail is a federal crime.
