Comment Re:Utilitarianism is correct (Score 1) 146

I think the scenarios handle the worth of the individual being sacrificed differently. In the clinical case, the individual is not just being killed, but they are objectified as a set of resources that can be exploited. In the train case, the individual is killed due to being in the wrong-place-at-the-wrong-time. I think most people would make this distinction out of empathy. That is, they may be more ok with dying due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, and they may not be ok with dying to suit other peoples' functional needs.

The voracious supporters of democracy and freedom in the West are more radical and virulent than 20th century International Communists when it comes to spreading their ideology. China has every right to to be concerned, especially when bringing "democracy" and "freedom" to the rest of the world means bombing campaigns, land invasions, and subservience to Western central banks.

INTJ/INTP personalities are far more prevalent among men than women.

Furthermore, INTJ/INTP personalities are far more prevalent among Germanics (including Anglo-Saxons, Celts, Scandinavians, etc.), Ashkenazi Jews, and East-Asians.

The only way the egalitarian progressive left can achieve equality is with another holocaust.
