No. Mersenne primes are numbers which fit into the 2^n-1, but not every 2^n-1 is prime. Try, 2^4-1 = 15
Quite often though, when 2^n-1 is prime for the same n, 2^n+1 is also prime, but not always.

No speculation, I submitted this story also, with a quote from Google's Blog:

So it doesn't remain to be seen whether Google's acquisition of On2 has any bearing on their plans for video on the Web.

The agency has plans and workers in place to have Unit 2 at Watts Bar, near Knoxville, online by 2012. Currently over 1,800 workers are doing construction at the plant. Watts Bar #1 is the only new nuclear reactor added to the grid in the last 25 years. From the article: 'TVA estimates the Watts Bar Unit 2 reactor every year will avoid the emission of about 60 million metric tons of greenhouse emissions linked with global warming. ... TVA began construction of Watts Bar in 1973, but work was suspended in 1988 when TVA's growth in power sales declined. I used to get Inca Kola when I lived in Florida in 1996. Then it was sweetened with sugar. I've found it here and there over the years since Coca-Cola bought them. The stuff you find now in the US it bottled in New Jersey and made with HFCS; just isn't the same.
But yes, it tastes like original flavor bubble gum.

Linux on the PS3 has access to 6 of the 7 SPUs. It does not have direct access to the GPU, only a frame buffer.
