... especially satellite data. The whole field of satellite data inversion is a joke (that goes for any kind of data you can think of). I wouldn't trust of these guys to properly place a land-based temperature sensor either.... "Whoops, I left it in front of the AC radiator."
The difference is that the Constitution is one of the principle defining documents of this country (there is obvious proof it exists), and a biology textbook is usually what the author(s) believe to be true in a particular field of research. I don't see how they compare.
You can probably be sure that since this was a majority democrat effort, the "ACLU" will do nothing about it. If for some reason (and somehow) the republocrats pushed it through, it would be an outrage and suits would already be pending.
