Conzar writes: In the small town of Cary, NC a home owner has spray painted his house with large bright red letters saying "Screwed By The Town of Cary". The town has stole part of the man's front yard in order to widen the road. After the construction was completed, it left a large hill in his once flat yard that produces a flood under his house when it rains. The man (Mr. Bowden) has asked the town to purchase his house; however, the town has only offered $5300 for compensation. The town has also threatened Mr. Bowden with large fines citing a town sign ordnance.
