Submission + - Wrong link? Go to jail! (com.com)

YoungJules writes: "In his blog on TechRepublic, John Sheesley points to yet another online danger lurking out there. This time it's not net perverts, spyware, trojans, or even getting press-ganged into working for a bot network... but the FBI! Seems they can't catch enough perverts without setting up a few dodgy sites themselves to trap the unwary. The consequences could be devastating for the innocent web-surfer caught up in this manner. It would be damaging enough to someone's personal reputation to be charged with child pornography offences but if the 'offence' takes place from a work location, the implications for the company involved don't bear thinking about! Seizure of pcs, personal data, documentation, servers... all for clicking on a link helpfully provided by the FBI."
