Its POG (as in Person other-than grunt) not pouge... you obviously dont know what you talking about because grunts can barely read let alone follow /.

Also the only real grunts are Marines not soldiers (which the summary calls us) get a job boot.

The main point is to be able to connect to your computer and stream to your TV. They offer both an IDE and SATA version that all you have to do is stick a hard drive in. The interface has been generally the same (not the best but very usable) but it is continually updated for new codecs/features and even has a built in torrent downloader.

I bought one last summer and cant live without it now. Streaming 1080p or 720p from my computer to my 46 LCD with great video/sound quality is awesome.

I don't get what is so hard about setting up EMRS, I am in the Marines and I know we are much smaller than the population overall but the Navy has a Electronic Medical Records system up and working right now. It doesn't seem like it would be to difficult to expand the program to meet larger populations.

Sure I make sure I keep my physical records too but that's just because the Navy used to be so bad at keeping med records that you would get the same shot 7 times when you needed it only once.

I would have modded you up except for this point. The Armed Forces of the US are like any group, you put a bunch (hundred of thousands) of 18 - 23 year olds in a area with extreme stress and extreme power mistakes happen but... rape and pillage I would say you have no idea what you are talking about and may want to learn/read instead of writing completely ignorant statements.

Also the military establishment before OIF was not pro-invasion, they did the best with the horrible leadership from the civilian leadership at the DOD and above. Had OIF planning been in control of the the military there likely would have actually been an occupation plan and no need for a surge because a higher amount of troops would have already been on deck.

No its basically him saying that he can say something like "I don't like homosexuality" and not being immediately jumped on as a bigot. Or the cartoon in the New York Post with the dead ape saying that it is racism and should not be allowed. First google "Bush, Monkey" and see how "racist" that is but because in this case the prez is black and democrat, the media will call racism and not support his free speech to write that cartoon.

We need to stop being so PC and learn that things will offend people but that will always happen, learn to ignore small ignorant things that in the grand scheme of things dont matter at all.

Submission + - Technicians sued for listening to radio

TehDuffman writes: Performing Rights Society (PRS) say that Kwik-Fit's technicians have been playing music loudly enough to be heard by colleagues and customers, thus constituting a "performance" and therefore requiring royalties payments. Presiding Judge Lord Emslie refused to dismiss the action, but also said he should not be taken as accepting that the PRS would necessarily succeed in their claims.

Kwik-Fit is the UK's biggest Tyre Retail store has been sued for £200,000.

Submission + - Man commits suicide online

TehDuffman writes: Kevin Whitrick logged on to an internet chat room and announced that he was going to commit suicide. He then switched on his webcam, stood on a chair, smashed through his ceiling to expose a joist, tied a rope around his neck and hanged himself.

"Get on with it, said net audience as man hanged himself on webcam"

Today the BBC reported that no charges would be filed against those in the room.
