The Death Star moves too slowly! The Borg would board the space station before they could even rotate around to fire a single shot.
I had to go with Solo vs. Kirk. At least there would be suspenseful background music and Kirk would get his shirt sliced open. I'd be willing to bet the battle would end in a draw with both being completely exhausted. Neither one is allowed to die, because the plot would die with them.
