Nothing, as so to speak. ATC systems are not entirely autonomous systems. People, whether they be air traffic control or the pilots have to interpret the information and act on them.

An air traffic control system is not a flight control system. Flight control systems in the aviation world relate to things that control the ailerons, elevators and rudders on an aircraft. ATC systems may provide inputs into an FCS when in autopilot but it is an external input.

It used to be that way, but now you just need a Windows Live ID to use MSN Messenger.

A Live ID can be attached to any email - doesn't need to be Hotmail.

That said, I still use my Hotmail address for Messenger... just legacy purposes ;)

Except, in some cases, people need the wide space offered by the disabled parking spot for things like crutches or wheelchairs or whatever. Sure you might be able to get a person out into a wheelchair in a normal (tight) spot, but thats clearly without risks and would obviously be really difficult.

So, disabled spaces aren't always about walking distance, but about space around the vehicle.

It's the same thing with "Parents with Prams" parking spots - unless you want to discriminate against them as well?

Specifally those by 07th Expansion. Sort of a bit more than a simple book since they have images... but Umineko no Naku Koro ni and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni do really well in adding to the ambience by having audio tracks and sound effects. But, again, it's a visual novel rather than a simple book. So I have my doubts about this idea...
