I have an MS keyboard, one of the ones with the Calculator button above the number pad. One press and it is there. Only way it could get any easier and quicker is if the computer started reading my thoughts.

A undercover officer involved with the investigation called it the worst example of the scam he's ever seen. Pugzly writes: In a recent announcement on the Whirlpool front page, it appears that accounting software maker 2clix is sueing the founder of the forums as the founder "allowed statements 'relating to the Plaintiff and its software product that are both false and malicious' to be published on the Whirlpool forums."
Hopefully sanity will prevail, but it is the legal system...

Well, everyone except Brandon Hansen, who has offered them a taste of their own medicine as he busts the MythBusters' improper use of statistics in their experiment to show yawning is contagious. While the article maintains it is still possible yawns are contagious, the author makes it clear that he's not giving the MythBusters any credit for proving such a claim, 'not with a correlation coefficient of .045835.'"

From TFA: "At midnight, about 40 PS3 buyers had arrived to collect their consoles, causing distress for the army of camera crews who turned up expecting to capture launch mayhem. Desperate producers unashamedly asked the crowd to fake excitement when the cameras were rolling, while a team from 2Day FM let out bogus cheers to convince their radio listeners that a launch extravaganza was underway."

jcatcw writes: Last June, a network specialist trying to work out a storage glitch inadvertently lost most of the 800,000 document images related to the state's Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD). The Alaska Department of Revenue blamed human error for the loss. The PFD makes annual payments to all Alaskan residents from funds generated from the lease of oil fields in the state. Paper versions of the documents were rescanned over a two-month period at a cost of about $200,000.
