Part of the problem here is that clueless users don't understand permissions. They will assume that they have to grant the app all the permissions, or it won't work.

And worse if it's hosted in the States (which most of them are), the NSA has access to all your company data too.

Surely that would encourage lower prices in the cinemas? Currently they are far too expensive, especially if you're enough of a moron to pay their ridiculous concession prices.

It seems there are a lot of things that were originally (or amended to include) aren't reflected in current law. Libel being an obvious example. If the 1st amendment were strictly adhered to, you couldn't sue someone for libel.

FB has all three. If FB had no such system it could have easily claimed common carrier status, but it regularly does.
