DenaliPrime writes: Marc followed Howard Stern to Sirius Radio in January of 2006. He went in up to the hip: radio, lifetime subscription, more radios, more accounts, etc. He even began convincing his friends and family to join.
Unfortunately, Marc's credit card expired. Rather than notify him that there was a problem with the card, they closed his account and terminated his lifetime subscription. He called them to resolve the problem and Sirius' manner of resolution was to sell him a NEW lifetime subscription rather than revive the old one.
