By now everyone has seen the news out of E3 about Sony’s PS4, the price, and their policy on used games. Gamers have also seen what Microsoft has to show. Exclusives were shown, media options were displayed, and prices were flashed. But which system will be gamers go to console for the next generation? Will it be the Xbox One, Wii U, the PC, or PS4? The Resident Evil series has been struggling recently and moving away from its roots. It seems many other survival horror games are also moving away from what once made them great. Dead Space 3, Resident Evil 6, Resident Evil 5 were fun games, but they lacked something as the developers pushed toward action games. Deep Silver and 4A have given gamers a great fps in the way of Metro Last Light. Metro Last Light doesn’t push gaming PCS and consoles to new levels but it does craft a wonderful FPS experience that moves beyond just going through the motions. The captivating and interesting story is one of the biggest selling points while the action and gameplay add depth to a fantastic game. This may be one of the sleeper hits of 2013.

The perfect blend of super hero and fighting games has arrived. Injustice will leave its mark on gaming and on the DC Universe. NetherRealm has done an excellent job of creating a fighting game that is fun for comic book fans and gamers. With the recent announcement of continued support of the series by DLC, it appears this game will continue to give a lot to gamers.

The Wii U seems to be struggling a little more than Nintendo anticipated. The hardcore gamers are asking if the system is dead. Nintendo fanboys are clinging to their Wii U’s in anticipation for the next Nintendo Direct announcement. Nintendo made an interesting design choice only allowing a single GamePad to be used with the machine at a time. While not everyone has the funds to go out and buy four more pads, it certainly makes one wonder if there was anything else behind the reasoning. Nintendo has a habit of upgrading their equipment, most notably with the recent WiiMotionPlus. Could we see a GamePad Plus in the Wii U's future?

Despite it’s slow releases and ho-hum reception from a lot of mainstream gamers — including myself — there is light at the end of the Wii U tunnel. Gamers will have to be patient and wait for the fall/holiday season. By then there will be at least 1 big name AAA Nintendo game for the Wii U. For now, GoozerNation is looking at the next few months for game releases on the Wii U and has a few suggestions for gamers to keep them interested in the Wii U.

Either they think that it's a cheap cop out, or they think it's a great way to get a complete edition of a game with enhanced controls. Battlefield 4 is coming this fall. Some gamers are hoping there will be a few changes. Others are eagerly awaiting the series to continue in the same direction it has been going. The Goozex community has been polled and there a few changes some of the hardcore fans would like to see. The biggest question is, will Battlefield 4 continue to be different enough from COD?
