Well there's Incitement to Violence which can be a valid legal defense for assault and can be a crime in itself depending on the circumstances.

Access is to PostgreSQL. You can easily use access to query and manipulate data in a pg db. If you searched Access and Postgresql, you'd see there are tons of tutorials around the pair. You can also use OpenOffice.org Calc to do the same thing.

An Israeli company produces the underlying software of the only product they could be talking about, Checkpoint. Maybe that would make a stink with the people that bought it.
