The factory where I work which must be over 60 years old, there are redundant cables and pipes everywhere. It would cost far too much money to figure out what is redundant and then remove it without disrupting anything else.

Speak for yourself, but I refuse to be bundled in with the assumption that everyone on here is American. Here in the UK, I found it amazing that it was OK for a disabled person to park in a parent & child space if the disabled spaces were used, but not the other way around.

If the Eee PCs are using the Netbook version of Ubuntu 10.10, then they are using Unity. It started off in the UNR and for 11.04 they merged UNR and Ubuntu Desktop with both having the Unity interface. I used UNR up to and including 10.04, when I tried 10.10 on the netbook I switched to Kubuntu.

Artworks is now developed by Martin Wurthner http://www.mw-software.com/ and has made plenty of improvements to in since the Computer Concepts version. There was rumours going round that someone was going to carry on developing Impression, but that hasn't happened and nearly everyone has moved over to Ovation Pro. As for Sibelius, I never really liked it as it didn't behave like a native Risc OS application and - at least on my computer - the colours didn't look right.
