The schematic he posted shows he put a bridge rectifier before the batteries, meaning the charger was seeing at least a 0.6V difference from what the batteries were actually at.

Basically, they're talking about matching a standard telco twisted pair with a balun, and find they can keep it behaving as a transmission line until 5GHz, and higher frequencies by increasing the twists.

Mike came to my school back when I was in 8th grade. I don't remember his talk, but afterwards he was walking out when I was walking out and I asked him starstruck and excitedly, "did you REALLY go to the moon??" He was looking at the ground kinda sad, and said yes. He seemed very un-charismatic at that moment, and I remembered that forever.
I took away from that that doing important, amazing things in life doesn't always make you famous or bring accolades. Those things are nontheless still amazing and important. Don't put your value in what others think.
I know I received a notification a few weeks ago that there was going to be an upgrade on NWSChat, and from the limited information they gave it sounded like an AS change for a new ISP connection. The fact that it was so urgent and customer-impacting indicates they were in dire straits.
I'd argue that the NWS IT infrastructure would be going the way our bridges and highways are going...it's something our country relies on, but probably hasn't had the funding it requires in a long time, and now the cracks are beginning to show.

I read this study. The conclusion is that testing using temperature is not foolproof. Young adults often do not show symptoms while they are still contagious, therefore testing using temperature only allowed several contagious people to spread the virus.
Masks and lockdowns have been proven effective in other studies.
