Let's hope the ink that will coat little Suzies mouth doesn't fade too fast. Then we can look for any kids with toilet-cleaner coloured mouths and know their parents are not keeping these things locked away in cupboards out of reach.

Yes, babies swallow weird stuff... but if bad parents didn't leave them on the table where young mouths could ingest them...

We've already all been inconvenienced by the cover screws - unwashable Blue mouth for a few weeks might teach the parents not to leave dangerous stuff lying around in their spawn's reach.

If the technical problems around handover can be solved, feasibly it's as possible for a company fly autonomous urban deliveries as it is for Mr Musk to put his orbital trash up in his fcc allotted particular stratum and spectrum too.

And as with Mr Musk's orbital trash hurting astronomy, highways of drones carrying people's doordash/deliveroo/speedpoutine/hungrypanda/mcdelivery/bikenosh/ubereats are likely inevitable and will hurt recreational drone use and everyone's ears. That joyful incessant buzz of quadcopters 24/7.

These upcoming drone delivery companies will buy the government and magically solve the legal issues, they've done it before.

Just the niggle of that handover, and I don't trust AI's 20 fingers to be able to avoid a powerline and the subsequent crash, and drop on someone's head during a routine AI hallucination.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all The Boeing Company Model 787–8 and 787–9 airplanes. This AD requires repetitive cycling of either the airplane electrical power or the power to the three flight control modules (FCMs). This AD was prompted by a report indicating that all three FCMs might simultaneously reset if continuously powered on for 22 days. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

Although I see a lot of FT8/4/etc CW still seems to be very active, and growing. That growth is from increasing numbers of people going QRP at POTA/SOTA/IOTA sites where CW will get the message through when little else can. FT8 is great and all, but you do need all that extra equipment, and if one is hiking up a mountain to activate it, one really doesn't want to be carrying all the extra electronics, nor the batteries to power it. 73 from VK3

A lot of these are already done in Australia and New Zealand.

No smoking in business. No smoking in public buildings. No smoking at buss, train and tram stops. No smoking in public areas of apartments. No smoking within 20 meters or so of a school. No smoking near any doorways. No smoking a car with children in it. Punitively heavy taxes (25 pack is $48.95 in 2022). Plain paper wrappers. No advertising at all, not even sport. In shops, no displays, cigarettes to be locked inside cupboards and hidden from view. the list goes on.

We can't charge more for health insurance, as there is social healthcare.

Smoking rate in New Zealand is 9.4%, Australia is 10.7%, Smoking rate in the USA is 23% This is the next logical step.
