I wonder why you felt you had to use that euphemism instead of just saying "Hezbollah TV". Maybe because Hezbollah is a world-wide famous terrorist organization? As such, distribution of its materials is prohibited by law, therefore what you support here is violation of law, and apparently you don't want to appear that way, am I correct?

This is the usual hypocrisy of your type of rights activists. You are accusing state authorities of actions that are determined by law authorities and, indeed, by law. There are good laws and bad laws, and it is arguable whether this particular law is any good. But this is not a level of discussion you want to engage in, as you don't care about the laws or logic behind them, all you care about is propaganda. Just to show this, you proceed to make further radical unsubstantiated claims, such as

Why am I not surprised? You, a citizen of a western country, do not care about Israel, the only country directly endangered by the islamic threat, and do your best to state this in a very clear manner. You feel that, indeed, Israel deserves to be destroyed by an atomic bomb, so you set yourself apart from that problem from the head start and only rely on your own egoistic motivation in your further arguments.

As an Israeli citizen, let me say: har har.

You and the likes of you betrayed everything humane officially endorsed by the Western culture in 1930's. That is why the Western culture lost that war - because of your immense egoism and cowardice in the face of a real enemy. Ultimately, your egoism will fail you again. Despite the direct threat to its existence, Israel will stand strong to see your country (which, as evident from the Western media, is full of assholes like you) will fall in hands of the barbarians, just like Europe in WWII and Rome two thousand years ago.

Lack of the status bar is definitely my "favorite" omission. I understand their desire to extend the vertical space. But it isn't even relevant for users who want to see various extension-supplied icons: firebug, gmail watcher, noscript, etc. So now I have this "add-on bar" occupying the same vertical space status bar used to occupy, but without the status bar functionality. Brilliant!

While I don't know specifically about JDeveloper, I can testify first-hand that in some (rare) cases the standard Java API is simply not enough, and you are faced with the choice to either rewrite a huge piece of the library, or use the private API.

Submission + - FOSS Nexuiz shooter sold out, forked as Xonotic

NightFears writes: Nexuiz, an FOSS first-person shooter project, has been sold out [http://alientrap.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6043], together with its name and website. The deal between Lee Vermeulen (Nexuiz founder, who released the first version, but has been inactive for several years) and US-based IllFonic firm was announced two weeks ago. To preserve community control over the project, the core development team, together with many active community members, have forked the project under a new name — Xonotic [http://xonotic.org] (the main page contains the announcement).

Xonotic writes: Xonotic came about in the wake of recent troublesome changes to the Nexuiz project, changes that have left many of the core contributors and community members feeling that the project has been mishandled. As a result, we felt the need to organize a departure to start with a clean slate.
