Could it also be that people stay longer after their 90 day "trial" or "warning" period is over? Since most contracts these days are terminate at will, maybe they need to also look at the contributions and worthiness of the trial period rather than add bonuses. Don't get me wrong, bonuses are great, but if the sticking point is the 90 day wait period, why not remove that?

But the best part? The INSANE posts to the original article: Death threats from "Navy Seals", tons of homophobic comments and hatred for days. Oddly, very few were able to respond directly to the original post since the comments were so ridiculously incendiary. Sadly the adage still applies:Think before you post or you are toast!
