Oh, the possabilities are endless!!

I'm so glad the framers of the constitution were so forwrard thinking as to have congress be the sole arbiter of peripheral interconnect. Goodness knows, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders are torchbearers of technical advancement.

While you are technically correct, it is the spirit of the law that is more important than the letter of the law. Nobody in their right mind would use the word "fish" and intentionally mean "bees".

This case is now opening up, with a clear precedent, a lot of latitude for people to argue that laws that apply to "men" do not apply to women. That a law that applies to "people" does not apply to a "person", etc.

I agree with the goals of their ruling, but their means to legislate via court ruling are laughable and emblematic of a lot of the problems with government in the US.

Either way, I doubt those rooms will go unfilled.

I think that you're unexpectedly realizing that you're not the target demographic, and reacting negatively to that fact.

Not freedom, but this

The president and his agents are urging Americans to get vaccinated - touting it's effectiveness and safety. While I do not doubt either the effectiveness or safety of the vaccines, it is still troubling that the FDA has not approved the vaccine beyond an emergency use approval.

Why has the FDA not approved any of the three yet? Their lack of approval is supporting many folks that have doubts about the vaccines.

I've been burned a number of times with Kickstarter campaigns.

I understand that there are times when a campaign fails due to unforeseen circumstances, but Kickstarter does nothing for those companies that just take the money and ghost their backers.

I couldn't even a response from Kickstarter about a campaign that just went silent with more than $750k of backer money. Nobody could.

As much as I'd love to have one of these for purely novelty purposes, I'll wait until it goes into production and buy it then — completely understanding that I'll pay more.

Science is not compatible with Santa or Abrahamic religions.
