FINALLY, The duo of Paul Hansmeier and John Steele finally have been charged with the crimes of conspiracy to commit fraud, money laundering, and perjury. Today, this and other evidence was presented in a criminal indictment filed in the Minnesota District Court.

the simurgh writes: An Ohio man who recorded very horrible stomach turning cellphone video of a car crash that killed one teen and critically injured a second has been sentenced to a total of 30 days in jail

The judge who sentenced Paul Pelton a 41-year-old man yesterday,for vehicle trespass and disorderly conduct says he wishes he could have given him more beyond the maximum penalty under the law. Prosecutors said during the trial, that Pelton opened a door of the vehicle after it had wrecked "to continue recording" while others tried to help the two teens. Police said Pelton can be heard on the video insulting the teens calling them "idiots."

Pelton's attorneys said in court proceedings and filings that he "only opened the door because another bystander asked what was in the backseat." Pelton's defense attorney says "he (Pelton) realizes what he did was insensitive but added that it doesn't make him a criminal.

In most cases such as this, the authorities immediately jump to defend the outrageous behavior of the officer. In this case, however, it is different. the citizen and his camera were released. Moreover, Ocean County prosecutor told the local NBC affiliate: "It would be my opinion that we'll probably be dismissing the charge."

In fact, despite sony's claims to the otherwise, it's so complex and hard to tell a legitimate site from 'rogue site' that during the first five months of 2014 Sony paid for almost two million ad impressions on "rogue" sites.

This comes on the heels of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 which is still missing, and Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 which was shot down.

The question has to be asked: is airline travel still safe, especially within Asia? And, why has the news completely forgot about flight 370?
