Positive: Jira provides the full solution with robust and flexible features that allow you to fully manage & automate the workflow of simple, as well as complex projects. It also has rich reporting and analytics.

Negative: Due to the extensive features Jira has, the learning curve is quite steep and it is suggested that you invest in training.

Summary: JIRA is the default in our organization and I cant image working anywhere else that isn't using JIRA. I would really like to see Atlassian acquire ProductPlan or similar service that gives more high level product planning capabilities that are so tight with JIRA.

Positive: I have been using JIRA for 10+ years. I love it but also hate it at the same time. However the love for it far surpasses the unhappiness! Atlassian has been making the product better the last 2 years and Cloud is by far the best they have ever done. The platform is powerful and the ease of use is improving in each release. At this point there is literally no need to use anything else.

Negative: For junior or small teams JIRA is too much but for any team doing actual product development work this is the tool.

Summary: Love it! The ability to assign projects and define the time it takes to complete a certain task really helps teams measure their success.

Positive: I love that it is so easy to tailor the project management view on Jira to your organizational needs. Pricing is very fair compared to other tools as well.

Negative: There's nothing I dislike about Jira. It is very customizable with different views that are useful for different used cases.

Summary: Jira is always great, very preferred for development and technical teams.
Lots of features that can be sometimes overwhelming, but on the flip side you are sure you need everything you need for successful projects

Positive: Jira has a feature called Automation that allows you to automate common tasks, such as issuing alerts when issues are created or assigned, or sending notifications when a task is completed or updated.
It also integrates with a wide range of third-party applications, making it easy to connect to other tools and services.

Negative: It can get a little overwhelming at times with the number of features.
It is also not as great for non-technical users as well, feel it's more for developers, which can be an issue if you are involving most of your team in product related tasks.

Summary: Overall experience is great with Jira capabilities, and it is easier to configure with your existing IT ecosystem.

Positive: Jira is the best application for collaborative working and integrating workflows for better management.

Negative: It works great but I would like to see a better UI from Jira.

Summary: Good platform to manage agile-based projects. We are really happy with the product. Users can interact and ask questions. We can easily calculate the amount of work that can be done in a particular sprint. We can easily track the amount of work spent on a particular project. Bug monitoring can be done very easily. Overall, it's a pretty good product for project management.

Positive: With Jira software, we can create plans, organize work and issues and follow activities. We can easily manage project activities and track progress over time. Our team can be able to raise issues in the form of tickets and track bugs and fixes. For a particular EPIC, we can create user stories. In the dashboard, overall progress can be easily tracked. Tools such as cloning and links help to track tasks more easily. We can easily integrate the tool with outlook to get notifications. In Jira, unlike other project management tools, we can easily attach various documents and files including videos and pictures. Configurations and integration with other products can be done very quickly.

Negative: It's not good for mobile devices. We have to go for a laptop tool to get full configurations. Compared to other project management tools available in the market, it's somewhat more expensive. The initial learning curve of the product is long. Using Jira, it's really difficult to work on the waterfall model. Search filters can be improved. Other than this we are really happy with the product.

Summary: Overall, Jira is a fantastic tool for streamlining organizational operations. Its capabilities and productivity absolutely justify its pricing, and it boasts an easy-to-use user interface.

Positive: Jira is quite helpful in dividing projects into sprints and establishing roadmaps for them. It also uses tickets to allocate particular tasks to developers. It facilitates the creation of tickets for tasks, reviews, and problems. It doesn't take long to become acclimated to the program because of its smooth and efficient overall user interface. As a developer, Jira is crucial to my job since it keeps track of all the daily activities and issues that need to be fixed.

Negative: Jira is not always particularly user-friendly when you want to take full advantage of all of its features – Jira work requires some getting accustomed to.

Summary: Overall, Jira is a great tool for task management and ticket raising. It keeps the sprints in check and helps in maintaining communication with teammates.

Positive: 1. The task management and deployment becomes streamlined and flawless.
2. It helps a lot in keeping the communication with the teammates from different places.
3. It gets integrated with other Atlassian applications like Bitbucket, providing a smooth workflow.
4. The tickets can be created and edited easily with different tags and from different categories.

Negative: 1. The user interface of the application can be a little intimidating at first for the beginners.

Summary: Jira is a functional and an irreplaceable ticketing tool for many organizations, as it makes the work streamlined and saves a lot of time for the actual development process. It can be a bit expensive for many organizations, but it justifies it price with the features and productivity it provides.

Positive: Jira helps tremendously in creating roadmaps and sprints of projects to divide and assigns specific tasks to developers via tickets. It helps in creating tickets for bugs, reviews and tasks. The overall UI of the application is fluid and streamlined, and it does not take a while to get used to the application. As a developer, Jira plays a very important role in my line of work as it shows me daily tasks and bugs that I have to fix all at one place.

Negative: As it has too many functionalities and integrations, it can be bloated to use sometimes or to find a specific feature of use.

Summary: Jira is a must-have tool if you are working on many different projects at the same time. It's easy to cooperate and communicate with your colleagues and the very customizable status menu is a great way to track the progress of your various projects.

Positive: -Very easy to make new projects
-You can share project boards with as few or as many colleagues as you'd like
-Very customizable workflows
-Easy to track ticket status
-Ability to comment on every ticket

Negative: -Jira is not always very easy to use when you want to use all of its capabilities to the max
- Takes some getting used to working with Jira

Summary: Helps with managing teams in remote locations. Helps collaborate content to drive for a solution to a problem or deign.

Positive: Great program to organize projects and work together as a team. The team can be remote but still proactive with providing content.

Negative: Not much to complain about the program. Better training material would help.

Summary: A little convoluted in the way of document control and finding and creating graphs within the program can be nice. But the scripts are easy to use and overall it is a nice program.

Positive: Both the agile/engineering members can use this and so can operations members. I love that we can do just about everything in one place.

Negative: Sometimes it can get a bit hard to try and find what you need using the system search. Just have to bookmark it and hope you don't lose it.

Summary: Jira is overall a great tool to streamline the workflow in organizations. It has an intuitive user interface, with the features and productivity it provides it completely justifies its price.

Positive: 1. It can be customized easily according to the basic need of the organization.
2. It supports a lot of extensions for additional features, also there is a huge marketplace for their extensions along with a huge community support.
3. Tasks can be assigned easily to an employee, and ticket creation for bugs is also effortless to generate.
4. Sprint board feature helps a lot in streamlining the workflow and increasing the overall productivity.

Negative: 1. The reports can be made more brief and easy to analyse.

Summary: As I'm using JIRA from last 8 years and have a more experience in this.
Jira is used as a ticketing engine to track defects, requirements, sprint planning in our organization. It smoothens the product release cycle as a bridge between developers, QA and product management people.

- This helps for Bug Tracking and enables the team to either record or find or tracks the bugs.
- Prioritizing the tasks and add them to current/ next sprint based on importance and urgency of completing it.
- We also estimate the tasks by story points and use the metrics for burndown rate and closed task ratio.
- Easy in use and designed according to end user.
- Documenting everything, including wireframes, scope, comments and updates in just 1 ticket rather than multiple emails/ chats etc...
- Easily configurable across various teams.

Positive: Jira is best tool for Project Life Cycle Development and Agile model.
Jira software is used as a ticket system that was used by all customer service agent for the Operations Department to resolve. We are able to organize, delegate and resolve customer issues in real time.

- Jira allows us in the office to track and monitor all our tasks effortlessly.
- It is the best tool for ticket management, sprint planning, estimate time etc...
- Kanban boards to get holistic view of project requirements/deliverables
- Easy in use and user friendly.
- Easy task creation is also a significant feature and the dashboard for quick view, besides the backlog.
- Knowledge sharing.

Negative: Jira is one of the best software in industry for Software development and testing. Nothing to dislike.

Summary: Jira is the better of two pm software programs we use in my department. I Like the ability to attach documents and review changes.

Positive: Sharing projects between multiple users and tracking work being done.
Ability to put projects on hold.

Negative: Different terminology for users not familiar with agile methodology.
