NT Domain Management Utilities under Linux

Winston Yen was curious about the following: "Are there any utilities that will let you manage server/users in an NT domain from a Linux box? (ie. the equivalent of apps like usrmgr, srvmgr) I've been toying with the idea of trying to use a Linux a box as my main workstation, but without the ability to manage the users and servers in the NT domain, that won't be possible." If something like this does exist, it would give IT departments reason to deploy Linux and this might also open doors into *proper* remote administration of NT domains as well. This would be a Good Thing, but these protocols Closed and heavily protected by MS?
