I worked at a company where a guy opened notepad during a customer demo of a convoluted system with lots of PLCs and typed "start demonstration" and the system magically sprung to life. It was immediately realized the text instructions were for the Romanian developer who actually did all the work over teamviewer. Mind you this was five years before chatgpt existed.

I suggested my parents buy an imac after their last pc died. We've been PC users since 1993 and they're all sucked into iphone/ipad hell. Worst decision ever. Macos is fucking stupid and unusable. It takes an inordinate amount of work to do shit like plug in a printer or edit network settings.
