Because it operates online, this unit can seamlessly integrate with other systems, allowing a visitor to check in at one location and check out at another. Furthermore, the Administrative Dashboard, which will be elaborated upon later, consolidates actions across all Sign In Systems for comprehensive reporting. Organizations can establish multiple Visitor Sign In stations as needed, and the Office Sentinel has the capability to generate visitor logs along with time and attendance reports for employees and contractors, ensuring that data remains confidential and specific to each individual tenant. Additionally, the system can optionally track a visitor's COVID-19 vaccination status if they provide the relevant records, enhancing our commitment to health and safety.
