    Good overall product with valuable features

    Summary: Using Zebrunner for 10 months now and overall experience it good. Right from detailed starter docs to the responsive product support, the implementation of this framework has been seamless.

    Positive: -Good customisable features
    -Useful utility functions available out-of-the-box
    -Quick and Responsive support team
    -Good starter documentation

    Negative: Not many cons but for new requirement or enhancement, you need to log a ticket on their GIT portal and they will pick it up based on value add. Generally, their TAT is shorter, but still for urgent requirements this wait time can cause some problems and you may have to create a temporary workaround solution.

    As with any open source tool, documentation does miss out on details about advanced framework functions and you may have to explore the framework a bit to understand all the wrappers provided by it.
