    Omnichannel platform for better communication

    Summary: Overall, Tyntec has been doing a great job at providing a platform that unifies the communication as promised and it integrates many communication channels that can be all used inside the platform, making it easier to send out messages and reply to each customer, it has boosted our efficiency because we can do communication tasks inside of this software and it will be delivered accordingly, it is a simple interface but it still does so much and it is a wonderful software that is being used often.

    Positive: Tyntec is a very versatile and powerful tool to have present in the customer service process, I like that it is easy to implement and the interface is as simple as it gets, without falling too much on the lack of modern tools, instead it provides versatility and intuitiveness that enhances the customer support team through the implementation of multiple conversational channels that the everyday customer uses, integrating all of these to be used in the platform for more comfortable communication. I like that it unifies these communication channels into one so that it is easier to manage the business and provide a better service, additionally, the amount of channels that it supports is outstanding and it makes the teamwork way easier as we are able to do more in just one platform, setting up meetings to communicate about different projects and set different tasks and schedules.

    Negative: Tyncet is such an amazing software that I haven't been able to notice any dislikes to it or disadvantages that stop us from doing our job or slow down our communication process, it has brought up so many benefits and concerns that we have been able to figure out as we use it, creating a competent team that is able to communicate between us and with the customers, solving any issues that may arise.
