truckTMS is a cloud-based transport management system designed specifically for trucking businesses and dispatch teams operating in Romania and throughout Europe. With this system, dispatchers can upload transport orders in the form of PDFs, photos, or screenshots, allowing the AI assistant to efficiently extract essential information such as client details, stops, dates, and pricing to create a draft trip for review. The system accommodates various trip configurations including multiple loading and unloading locations, round trips, and route adjustments, while enabling planning by truck, trailer, and driver on a collaborative board that also tracks driver breaks and EU cabotage regulations. Fleet positions are displayed in real time via integrations with Tracknamic, TrackGPS (Arobs), and Eurowag Telematics. Additionally, important documents like CMRs and PODs can be linked to specific trips, drivers, trucks, and trailers, with expiration dates clearly indicated on the dashboard for easy management. Drivers also have the convenience of receiving trip updates directly through WhatsApp. Comprehensive reports can be generated and exported in PDF and Excel formats based on various criteria such as month, truck, driver, and dispatcher. Moreover, a public REST API and webhooks provide seamless connectivity between truckTMS and other systems, enhancing overall efficiency. The user interface is accessible in both English and Romanian, ensuring usability for a wide range of users.
