    Summary: Using the Sandbox environment, onboarding support and published documentation makes easy to implement open banking and payment functions. Therefore, I can focus more time to the unique features of my customers beyond money movement.

    Positive: The basic features are there to use, and the complex features can be easily be implemented with their extensive documentation and onboarding support.

    Negative: Complex scenarios can be tricky, so you need to involve onboarding support.

    Summary: Partnering with Sila was one of the best decisions our business made as we were building our solution. The API works, is well documented, and the Sila support is amazing. The thing that sticks out the most is their team - from the onboarding process, through diligence, and into production, the Sila team is incredibly organized and responsive - they even provided some great feedback on our onboarding flow, and our sales rep still checks in monthly to see how we are doing. Cannot recommend them enough as a BaaS provider - Shamir and his team lead the pack in terms of service and support.
