    Very helpfup product for SME (small teams, low overhead)

    Summary: I used the RM functions to prepare and implement a small software product with a remote team. After being set up (self-hosted) with our IT admin, the software was ready for use. The introduction by Microtool is very helpful to get started, navigate through the views, and accelerate data entry.

    Positive: + Graphic representation of linked artefacts (i.e. use cases, concept diagram, etc.)
    + Configurability
    + Competitive Price (invest + operation)
    + Easy-to-learn product structure

    Negative: + Customising the templates for document generation requires a detailed understanding of the feature
    + Updating and maintaining the self-hosted software requires a good amount of IT knowledge, especially when the video-conferencing feature first arrived
