Netarx Identity Key (NIK) protects employees from deepfake and AI impersonation attacks wherever they communicate: Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex meetings, mobile and contact-center calls, Outlook and Gmail, and SMS and WhatsApp. Instead of relying on voice and video analysis alone, NIK weighs 40 AI models (Netarx and third-party) against more than 1,000 signals, including the participant's device, network, location, calendar invite and communication history, then shows a simple green, yellow or red verdict. Customers see a 0.3% false-positive rate in production meetings. NIK adds continuous identity verification through Microsoft Entra and other identity providers, integrates with Five9, Genesys and Cisco contact centers, and deploys in the cloud or on-premises.
