myTaxExpress Description

This program allows you to efile Auth a representative (former T1013) as well as RC59 form to the CRA system. To do this, you will need an EFiler ID/Password. Each form requires some paid points to EFiling/Print. This program is still in its infancy, so there are many improvements that can be made to the software. You can share tax forms and slips among couples in a couple tax return, and assign a percentage to each person's claim. If you modify the amount on one shared tax form/slip the amount in the coupled return is automatically adjusted. MyTaxExpress can help you with your tax return, regardless of whether you are an employee or a self-employed person (such as a business, commission, rental, professional, farm, CAIS Farming Fishing), and both situations apply.

    Terrible customer service

    Summary: I've been using the software for a year is and normally the customer service is helpful but this time they were quite rude. Not sure where they are located but their response isn't in complete sentences and are very short.

    Positive: Cheap. Can net file directly. I need to put in one hundred characters but not sure what else to say.

    Negative: Very laborious to complete. UI is from the dark ages. Customer service was quite rude when I submitted a ticket for an error. Their response was, "No means you filed previously, right?" And after I answered yes there was no response until I wrote them again a week later and then they were quite rude and said "Why don't just ignore the error?" Really?!? That's customer service?
