Summary: I am very impressed with the magical search capabilities. The entire team gives support directly on the website's chat (intercom) and has gone above and beyond to help me with any questions. I love all the advanced features including the ability to customize the player logo and links.
I would highly recomend this service, because it is super easy to setup and suport very friendly and helpful.Positive: Innovative video hosting, Excellent customer service. It has several features within the video search functionality.
Negative: Does not support legacy browsers like Internet Explorer.

No customer support and difficult or impossible to get refund Date: Jan 15 2021
Summary: Good app, terrible customer service. They promised a refund within 72 hours and took 2 weeks to respond to me. Still didn't get a refund. [REDACTED] and the one answering the support emails, has been very rude and impatient. I had to threaten them with a bad review and starting a dispute with visa to even get them to email me back.
I would definitely be aware of this company for their customer support.Positive: The software has a pretty interface, fast load speeds and has a variety of features.
Negative: Didn't work fully with Webflow. Customer service is also difficult.

We deeply regret we were not able to give you the level of service you were looking for (during the X'mas holidays). In terms of plans and refunds, for obvious reasons we do not default to refunding our heavily discounted yearly subscriptions (to which you signed-up), as is set out in our T&Cs. If a client signs-up for a monthly plan we may exercise discretion and provide a refund. For trying our services, muse.ai provides a number of free trials every day. Our open documentation is also filled with examples and snippets that potential clients can see/try/experiment before deciding to subscribe. We will endeavor to make our refund policy even clearer.
