    Summary: Support system should be very strong.
    There is no email communication on very to go to resubscribe.
    No details for the next payment for the existing customers.

    Positive: 1) Easy application
    2) Courses developed are compatible with LMS

    Negative: 1) There is no proper support
    2) There is no customer connect
    3) All of a sudden it stops working & we have to struggle to extract the work done on it
