    Summary: This is great service for startups and nonprofits like us, Care Association in San Francisco. We have a nonprofit Salesforce account and needed a way to transition a mailing list on Excel while creating HTML newsletters. The ability to move from spreadsheet to Salesforce is key to being efficient from the start as we grow. Our newsletter created on Inwise, and the ability to integrate the service with Salesforce will make our complete transition smooth. No idea what size operation Inwise is, but I believe the company will do well.

    Positive: The UI is easy to use; customer service responds usually within a day (10-hour time difference); bugs fixed in a timely manner.

    Negative: One downside was lack of documentation for what should be simple tasks, which is likely to improve given the response received when I needed help. First-time mailings require human QA from Inwise. Had to wait a day (due to business hours and different time zones) to get my first newsletter out.
