iVvy Venue Management is a Cloud-based vendor management software utilized by hotels, restaurants and other hospitality organizations that assist executives in managing space, online bookings, catering equipment, and online reservations.

iVvy Venue Management’s booking management feature allows clients to book spaces, design layout, get quotes and choose menus. In addition, the software allows clients to compare different properties and make online payments.

iVvy Venue Management’s lead management feature enables users to generate, qualify, store communication, and share quotes. Moreover, the software allows managers to automatically assign leads to team members with the help of predefined rules.

The software's email marketing feature allows organizations to design personalized emails using a drag and drop function and run email marketing campaigns. The open-rates, event click-through and bounce rates of emails are also tracked.

    Summary: I LOVE iVvy. Having used the system for over 6 years now, it has come a long way. Being able to enter all your event details with a few clicks and have your invoices and EOs generated is such a time saver. The team behind the system are all helpful and wonderful which makes all the difference too.

    Positive: *Very easy to set up venues initially
    *Pretty easy to navigate your way around the system, just work from left to right!
    *Great support team, always willing to take on board requests for changes that can simplify the process
    *regular webinars showing tips and tricks is fab for knowledge refresh
    *efficient to use once you know where everything is, and as they are constantly evolving the program, it is constantly becoming more and more efficient

    Negative: *would be great to customise the view a bit more, for example, hide tabs/features that aren't relevant to your business, with the aim to simplify the look
    *reporting can be a little complex, especially if running reports across multiple sites with a large amount of data

    Summary: Amazing experience, would recommend to any businesses that are functions and reservation based companies.

    Positive: I am able to quote, confirm so fast and effectively.
    Before my quotes would take 30 min to compose and send, now I am able to create and send a proposal in 5 minutes.
    Links, payments and deposits - so easy to track.

    Negative: Setting up templates takes time and can be tedious.
    Sometimes the server has issues producing the document, though the customer service really are on hand to help with this and act fast.

    Good but would benefit from more development

    Summary: A good system but lacks some essential features which would make our operations much more straight forward. Customer support is very friendly, helpful and responsive.
    The system is expensive for our smaller venues but offers good value for our flagship site.

    Positive: iVvy has simplified our sales and reporting process. We are now able to respond to quotes quicker, have better cohesion between our client and agent bookings, and can quickly prepare proposals which are standardised but professional. The reporting tools allow us to see a number of headline reports very quickly, we can drill down to more detail as needed.

    Negative: Creating a BEO is time consuming and the information flow to the virtual run sheets is not straight forward - we are a complex venue and need to provide data to many departments.

    Summary: It's a great software, we are able to train our staff on the system quickly and they find it easy to use.

    Positive: -Very user friendly
    -System has some wonderful features we use daily including; Payment portal options on invoices, E-contracts, email comms feature
    -Some great reports
    -Support team very quick on responses

    Negative: -Clunky process for moving bookings between venues (a problem for groups with multiple venues)
    -Some info difficult to find on Reports, e.g. number of opportunities received for a pax size, as pax isn't linked to opportunities. Also food items ordered, you need to check each booking/BEO

    Summary: Great, satisfied with the software and it has improve our events department and productivity. I'm keen to start more training sessions and webinar to get across all of iVvy's offering so we can maximise it even more!

    Positive: Really good system for quotes, contracts, invoicing and our events calendar. It's great to have all of that information at one place!

    Negative: We had quite a bit of trouble with events syncing between iVvy & Google Calendar and iVvy & Xero in the last year and it generated more work for the team and lots of confusions. It's now fixed thought so that's great!
