Passwordless Authentication and Passwordless Security

Identity is everything. Protect it with Duo.

It’s no secret — passwords can be a real headache, both for the people who use them and the people who manage them. Over time, we’ve created hundreds of passwords, it’s easy to lose track of them and they’re easily compromised. Fortunately, passwordless authentication is becoming a feasible reality for many businesses. Duo can help you get there.

    Terrible company

    Date: Jan 13 2025

Summary: THE WORST EVER, TERRIBLE, PATHETIC. Nothing good about this company. Customer service stinks. I’ve tried to communicate with them and I can’t even get a response. I’m turning them into the consumer protection agency.

Positive: NOTHING. You can’t even communicate with a person, just a computer. There is nothing good about this app. Can’t even log in to try to use it and I need help and nobody will help me. I just want my money back!!

Negative: Everything. I paid my fee and was never able to sign in. I tried multiple times to sign in and never revived anything to reset my password. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!! Now they are telling me I can’t get my money back and I can’t even use this product.

    Tech support is subpar

    Date: Apr 14 2024

Summary: Critical issue on weekend and error in both provider accounts so I have no one to sign pain scripts for hospice patients. Did the chat support and that was useless. I was given a number to call and I’ve now been on hold for over an hour because at this point I’m committed…or maybe I need to be committed.

Positive: My nurses like it…when it works.

Negative: Lack of tech support on weekend. Convenient to use in the field.

Constant Glitches and Terrible Tech Support

    Date: Feb 15 2024

Summary: Terrible. The program doesn't work much of the time and support is slow and useless.Stay away. There are better options.

Positive: When it works I like the fact that it is easy to use. The drug database is good and the drug search is user friendly.

Negative: Most of the time it doesn't work. Tech support is useless. They must not be able to comprehend posts because I tell them the EXACT problem and they try to tell me they're going to do what I have already done. There is no support by phone. Only by chat.

    Worst customer service

    Date: Sep 12 2023

Summary: Horrible customer service. AVOID. I would urge anyone to look elsewhere if you value customer service and your time.

Positive: Once set up, it works, otherwise there are special attributes.

Negative: If you encounter a problem DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP!

Their suggestions have not worked and they refuse to communicate with you in a manner that the issue can be easily resolved. 5 thumbs down AVOID!

    Poor support

    Edited: Aug 03 2023

Summary: If this app will only provide online technical support after 7/1/2023 (as the phone recalling said), they should get some technicians who can solve a problems like mine and not waste my whole day only kept sending me personal tickets or articles to read and see if they fit my problems.
I need to get into my account!!!!!

Positive: Just like all digital app, it's convenient when the process goes smoothly.

    1. it's easy to re-order the prescription
    2. have all patients' information inhand.

Negative: 1. The design was not great, my colleagues and I many times had a hard time to find the drug store that our patients requested for.
    2. I was unable to log in suddenly two days ago, the screen kept showing that I need to re-subscribe to log in my account which I did only six months ago. I just need someone to correct my billing status....
The technical support is very hard to get. Either long wait on the phone or same endless replies of robotic answers for their supporting team online.

    Terrible customer support

    Date: May 07 2023

Summary: STAY AWAY! Don't get this app and depend on it as it can suddenly stop working and then you're royally screwed.

Positive: When it works, it's fairly good. I used it for a while without many complaints, though it certainly wasn't perfect.

Negative: When it stops working, in my case due to upgrading my phone, no amount of messaging back and forth will fix it. Colossal waste of my time and patients suffering due to delayed scripts.

    Customer service has declined

    Date: Aug 26 2023

Summary: Would reconsider paying the subscription fee if I knew what I know now, that customer service would not be a priority for this company after July. Shame on them.

Positive: The interface is intuitive but this does not make up for the fact that if you encounter a problem, the customer service is now abysmal.

Negative: As other reviewers have noted, customer service has worsened dramatically. You used to be able to call a phone number and someone would answer who was helpful. All issues now have to be submitted as a ticket online and the responses are usually scripted, information is wrong and there is no sense that these are potentially urgent issues affecting patient care. I have been communicating with them for over a month for an issue that is still not resolved and I keep getting the same answer in response which is not working.

iPrescribe for physicians - please review

    Date: Jan 27 2025

Summary: The ease is so nice. The support is terrible. That is the only con. So hard for prescribing controlled substances.

Positive: Sadly the support option is terrible. You can only access support via chat. There is no phone support option. As clinicians, you can’t be on chat all day and see patients. That part has been incredibly inconsistent and inconvenient.

Negative: Support options (awful for clinicians) you can’t get anyone on the phone. Only chat.
