    Summary: I own the Dive Barre and Pilates Studio, we have barre, Pilates and yoga classes and I highly recommend this booking software for its convenience and effectiveness in streamlining booking tasks.

    Positive: It is incredibly user friendly and efficient. It simplified the process on managing bookings and the clients love it. I know it's a big decision and can be overwhelming with all of the different software. So far, we love it. After meeting with a few of the different booking sites, we decided this one was the best for us. When I don't understand how to do something, I email support and they get back to me quickly. We love that it functions like a social media platform. The clients can friend each other and see what classes their friends are in or invite them to a class they are in. The messaging feature is easy to use, the calendar is easy to navigate and I like that I can make an announcement and it sends a notification to everyone.

    Negative: So far, we haven't had any issues with this software.

    Summary: Recommend on EVERY level! New features are introduced all the time, they are foreseeing what studio owners want/need.     Summary: When we started the studio, I chose fitDEGREE as our client management software because it did most of the things that we needed it to do and we could find workarounds for the things it could not. The price was definitely right, but most of all the team was fantastic with getting us set up. Now that we have been using the software for almost a year, I am still incredibly happy with the choice. I still think the best part is the responsiveness of the support team. There is a 6 hour time difference between our staff and the fitDEGREE support team and they always get back to us within a day, are always willing to jump on a call, and even touched base with me right away the first time I had someone contest a charge on their credit card to walk me through the process. Overall, very happy with the software, and always impressed by such a caring and dedicated team.

    Positive: The support team is top notch, the software is very simple - itʻs easy to train my team on it and the clients love it (especially the social aspect). I also particularly like the reporting. Most of it is very straightforward and itʻs easy to get around while looking in reports without losing your place.

    Negative: The recurring appointment features could use more flexibility (there is no way to do recurring appointments every other week other than to go back and delete every alternate week). The team has been really kind about me asking for feature requests when I find something I need that is missing.

    Summary: I absolutely love fitDEGREE. The amount of time i have to spend on running my business is made easier and simpler with this software. I very rarely have any issues, if I do it is easy to find a video or contact fitDEGREE Helpdesk and get a fast reply. When I get a help rely it is language that I understand. I am not tech savvy and they always word it where i can follow the direction with confidence and resolve any issue. I do have a request and it seems more aesthetic that function however, being a lone ranger running my business it would be useful to have the ability to color code the class groups. I am over 2 years in and I am so glad I switched. Thank you!

    Positive: The ease of use in the software. There is no overthinking! 99% of the time there is an easier way of doing things than my past software. I have no buyers remorse when i pay my monthly fee.

    My customer service rep is always ready to answer any questions i have. Usually there is a video. It is amazing!

    Negative: There are some silly functionality things that I would like. I have the software for over 2 years now. My business has grown and i have more teachers using the software, more resources (rooms) to book. I would love to hav the option to color code classes groups like Beginner classes advanced classes, etc.

    I also host trainings that last 10 months through the year. Setting them up in the software is a little clunky on the admin end because they have recurring payments they have to be set up as classes. I would like those to stand out with a different color as well. or be able to book them as a series with the ability to have monthly payments.

    Last but not least, I have more than one instructor doing one on one sessions and they are the same color on the scheudle and i have had a few teachers miss their sessions because they just looked past them on the schedule. So having a way to be able to differentiate between one on one providers would be great.

    Positive: fitDEGREE is an amazing studio software system, the best choice for my business! Owners are honest and quick to respond to any questions or issues (which have been very few). If you’re looking to switch from your existing booking software I highly recommend them, the data transfer was easy with little manual work. Monthly price point and branded app options are a bonus, but the ease of use on the admin and client side is the best reason to choose fitDEGREE.

    Negative: There aren’t any cons from my experience. Maybe the reporting filters/options could be expanded depending on how in depth you need to go into your numbers but I haven’t found that to be an issue.

    Summary: Solid platform, but I wish for more customization options. Saves us a lot of time in some areas, but makes other areas harder or impossible.

    Positive: Ease of use.
    Love the retail.
    Clean look.
    Roster is good.
    Ease of freezing a membership and cancelation.
    Love the ability to see the entire month of classes
    Great for private events, the creation of a link to create an account and register themselves for a private event. That saves us a lot of time!

    Negative: Can’t link family, so that they can share a credit card. I have to re enter the same card for each family member, which necessitates me to write down the cc number, and that increases a security risk of card theft (I do shred all paperwork, but still,,)
    1 Family can’t share an email. Many families have a “family account” It would be helpful to have the family to be able to have multiple accounts on one email
    Funky refund method for us, a non intuitive 2 step process (When processing a refund (other than membership, which we shouldn't be refunding), simply refunding the item does not zero it out. so it is a two step process. process refund, refund to account balance, and then go back to client profile, Active Items, Change Remaining uses to zero, and change expiration date to the date of the refund.) It is just not easy to use/remember.

    - it’s lost revenue all around and takes times from staff to see if ppl that can or can not come to class
