    Summary: The app is incredibly simple and easy (in a good way!) as instructors who also take care of checking in — or perhaps in previous years — what someone at a front desk would do. This quickness of this app allows me to make sure clients have registered and then I can focus on talking to clients & getting ready to instruct.

    Positive: fitDEGREE makes preparing to instruct incredibly easy. First, I love that the app alerts me when a client registers and/or cancels.

    When I go to look at the class manifest the list of names and the option to quickly check them in is great. I also love that I can quickly search a client and immediately put them into a class.

    Negative: The only problem I have encountered is the app lags a bit when I want to quickly look at upcoming classes a week, two weeks or even a month from now.

    Also. I would love an option to show just my schedule so that I don’t have to scroll past my coworkers to get to my schedule.

    Summary: 5 stars. Period. They are cutting edge for the market, user-friendly, proactive, precise, helpful, and tech-savvy.

    Positive: I'm a HUGE fan of fitDEGREE. After years of Mindbody, I made the switch and will NEVER look back. I've referred I think 5 other gyms at this point because they are just that great. You get a REAL person to help you get set up and they walk through the entire process with you. You can email at anytime and get a super fast response and even personalized explanation videos for any issue you are facing. If their software doesn't feature something you wish they had, just let them know! They are always updating and adding new features and they LISTEN to your needs and requests.

    Negative: Can't think of a single one! Sometimes there's a feature I wish they had, and I just let them know. They are usually already working on it.

    Summary: Our studio LOVES fitDEGREE and so grateful we switched over in August of 2021. Our students tend to be in the older demographic and the majority use the app with ease. Every week we hear how much they love that we switched over to it. The customer service response time is unmatched and all of it done with a truly caring team .

    Positive: fitDEGREE has THE BEST team in this field. Caring, efficient, and understands our needs. Everything has been pretty seamless, with a few minor glitches that their team responded to fast along the the way. When I communicate with them, I feel like they know me and my studio, not that we’re just another number. Even in their growth, they’ve remained personable and connected.

    Summary: Best decision I made was switching to fitDEGREE! It has made our life so easy and I love the pricing is fair and that the support is always on top of it.

    Positive: Great pricing, easy to use. Excellent customer support and the CEO is always great about showing up and helping. I love that. We switched from MT and I love that fitDegree is so personal and there is no sneaky contracts you get in.

    Negative: There is a few reports that are a little tricky to find/use and some reports that I had in my last software that I don't have now but its really such a small thing. They do not have classes counts at this time but they have noted that is something they are working on for the future.

    Summary: Making a decision to change software's was terrifying, I remember it well, but SO GRATEFUL I did- not only is it more affordable but its just BETTER in every way!

    Positive: One of best decisions I ever made for our small studio was to switch from the previous well known studio software and brought on fitDEGREE. The software is SO intuitive, easy to learn and navigate and if ever something I'm not sure of, I have an actual person to reach out to that is always there for me and the studio. Couldn't be happier.

    Negative: When I made the switch, the previous software company charged me to give clients stored credit card info to fitDEGREE and other company just generally challenging to work with in transition, frustrating but not fitDEGREE's policy, beyond their control.

    Summary: Very good, miles better than MBO and Wellness Living, which I have also used before. The customer service is great!

    Positive: We switched to fitDEGREE from MBO when we re-opened post pandemic and have never looked back! I love supporting a small business and their communication is great.

    Negative: I do wish they had a better referral / point system to reward clients who bring friends but they now integrate with Perkville so we have signed up for that platform. I also with FD sent sub reminders when teachers pick up a class, and had more robust reports for retention statistics.

    Summary: Positive! I would change everything again from mbo to fitDEGREE.

    Once the app opens its pretty easy to buy-schedule classes.
    Clients are calling and emailing us way less than they did when we were mbo users.

    Positive: It’s both for the client and the teachers very user friendly. Love the ability of promoting our classes and special events throughout the announcements.

    And the sharelink to invite others to join classes is amazing!

    Negative: It takes time to open.
    Cannot schedule duos via app.
    Cannot schedule past events which can be annoying.
    Waiver option needs improvement since it’s too basic.
