You can quickly review and see every walkthrough you have, organized by date, teacher, or category. To ensure that each teacher is seen as often as possible, track your walkthroughs. You can track from the school-level, or at the district level. Notes can be made on each look-for and attachments of documentation, photos, audio recordings, and more can be attached. After completing the walkthrough, send it to your teacher through eWalk. You can use pre-built or custom forms/templates. You can also use one of the research-based options offered by McREL International. Immediately have eWalk send the completed walkthrough or observation to the teacher. This will help to guide coaching conversations and prioritize PD opportunities.
