    Summary: Overall I disagreed with their pricing increases and changes in Terms of Service. They refused to refund my money because I had loaded my account more than 90 days ago.

    Positive: A 1-800 number for 99c is a good deal. Great way to lure in customers, and the inbound call forwarding (mostly) worked well. Good for small business.

    Negative: The interface was subpar, and the fax feature broke and was never fixed. Customer service can take several days to respond.
