Summary: Great concept and could really be a useful tool for my company with everything we are doing. And for strong, legitimate companies, will give mass marketing a whole new name!

Positive: Functionality of the site is seamless.
Prices are more than reasonable.
Options are decent.
Staff are incredibly supportive.

Negative: None so far but I only just started. Hopefully, the article makes its way out to where it needs to be then there wouldn't be a single con.

Summary: Excellent! We have been using eReleases for over seven years for all our clients and will continue to use them to distribute breaking news each time.

Positive: eReleases is so easy to use, and the final reports are wonderful to send to our clients. The staff is so helpful and responsive, and they truly care to make each press release look good!

Negative: Would love weekend accessibility for event coverage.

Summary: Super responsive. Easy to use and I have had occasions where I need to add something or make a correction and was able to do so with no problem.

Positive: Very responsive customers service. Easy to understand reporting. Distribution very quick. Great results.

Negative: Haven't had any problems with using the service can't complain.

Summary: No regional choice for Premium, but I liked the cryptocurrency categories, etc. I got a real person on the phone within seconds when I called to establish a new account and was able to do everything online with only a tiny amount of help.

Positive: Site is intuitive and no blocks to uploading first press release. No waiting period. Straight forward process. Thank you!

Negative: Didn't experience any cons so far. I liked that there were little instructions in the upload process.

Summary: Fantastic! Easy to use, fast, amazing support team to assist with any request I have had. I really enjoy the updates once the release has been submitted.

Positive: I prefer eRelease as my only source for submitting and distributing press releases for all my clients!

Negative: I don't have any negative experiences with eReleases.

Summary: The customer service is really great. It's refreshing to talk to a live person who has substantive solutions and not a bot.

Positive: The company reps know the business and are willing to help out in any way. I had a glitch in an order, and they got back to me right away and comped me.

Negative: I had a client who sells sex swings, and they didn't allow a press release because of the content, which I found rather prudish.

Summary: A learning experience that was easy with Chat expert help. There was some confusion finding the 'new' customer order page and navigation between pages needs to be fixed. But Shannon carried me through.

Positive: Chat person Shannon was a lifesaver. Pricing was clear and typing minimal when completing the order form.

Negative: I needed help to find the 'new customer' order page and also missed adding an international location.

Summary: Pretty good experience overall. I know that everyone is competing for media attention these days but if your release looks professional it reflects well on your product so you may be more likely to get coverage.

Positive: They held my hand, offered suggestions and were very easy to work with. They also sent me a workbook which made it easy to write.

Negative: The cost is a little pricey for many of my customers. Most of them are writers and writing isn't known for paying very well since now days everyone is a writer. Supply and demand.

Summary: They do not want the personal story behind the petition (Change.org) and told me to remove it and once I did they refunded.

Positive: Fast refund. Easy to use.

Negative: Even quicker denial.
