Positive: eReleases provides excellent and wide distribution...which is what anyone needs for a press release. Many very cheap Press release distributors are tempting to use, but they are not very good at getting you the right distribution, and some get you nothing. I have used eReleases for many years now and I highly recommend them.

Negative: I have not found any.

Positive: Excellent help from two superb eReleases staff at 5:10 on a Friday that made me feel like my Essential Guide to Prescription Drugs, Mounjaro project was the only one in the world! From getting me logged in to getting the best targeting, the advice and help was fantastic.

Negative: I only have one more credit on what I previously purchased.

Summary: I can't believe it took me this long to find eReleases! They are my go-to wire distribution provider, and I can't say enough good things about them. I'd recommend them 10/10.

Positive: The FAQs on their site initially caught my attention when weighing different distributors. They list out everything you could want to know online, including pricing, without having to reach out to a support agent. But, if you need support, a human-manned chatbox is available throughout your entire order process., which I've taken advantage of several times.

They are the only partner distributor of PR Newswire, which is amazing considering how convoluted it is to work with PR Newswire.

Pricing is competitive.

The best customer success team ever! They've sent me personalized thank you emails, follow-ups of coverage that we might have missed, and release ideas for our next campaign. You can't beat their team! :)

Negative: Because they work with the PR Newswire to distribute, you don't get to see a preview of the release in advance, just the live version once it's out. This was different from other providers I've worked with in the past. But when I reached out to their support team, they did send me a final Word document of what would be going to PR Newswire, which gave me one more opportunity to check the release.

Summary: Very good, I use it as an intermediate distribution tool for reaching national audiences, next step up is to full PR Newswire.

Positive: Easy to use, affordable for multiple releases, very quick and useful help response through the Chat function, good general news release distribution service with national footprint, ability to include two images for the basic cost is great.

Negative: Website a little blocky, fairly basic, but that's what makes it easy to use too. Doesn't get in the way of getting the job done.

The best thing about eReleases is not only the reach of the press announcements but also their customer service. I've had mistakes in press release where I was able to quickly contact them and have them fix it before the release went out -- that is invaluable. I can't even put a price tag on that.

Negative: I sometimes struggle to understand the vast list of industry targets to make sure it fits the release without having to look them up in a separate tab.
