eLitigation Description

The eLitigation service is restricted to registered legal firms and certain governmental bodies in Singapore. Organizations that are not law firms but wish to file court documents electronically may engage the services of a registered law firm or obtain help from the CrimsonLogic service bureaux. Current eLitigation subscribers can log in with their SingPass or CorpPass ID to access both the CBS and PC modules. After logging in, users will find the CBS module as a tab on the Menu bar. To reach the PC module, one must click on "File a Document" through the Quick Access Button positioned at the top right corner of the Home screen, allowing for efficient document submission. This streamlined process ensures that all users can easily navigate and utilize the essential features of eLitigation.
