Summary: I was able to serve my customers better, more turnaround time on customer queries and this helped me increase my sale, retention and overall product stickiness
Positive: Omnichannel, FAQs, Broadcast and Service Automation. Most of these things worked out of the box. Also I got a dedicated account manager that was very supportive and committed to see my business grow.
Negative: Connecting X was expensive but that is more on X.
