    Scalable and flexible AI solution

    Summary: Most importantly, we are reducing the number of contact moments from our CS agents, providing our customers quick answers 24/7 as well as reducing their waiting times.

    Positive: e-bot7's customer support we do like best: We can be sure that we receive support whenever needed, fast replies and meetings scheduled according to our availability! A few more points that we would like to mention:
    -User experience: Smooth and insightful environment, also for non-tech people.
    -Integrations: Wide range of possibilities, works great with any internal system that we have.
    -Onboarding process: Fast and easy.

    Negative: The solution sometimes incorrectly recognizes the customer question / problem.

    Great virtual assistant that gets smarter over time

    Summary: Our agents struggle with handling all of the customer requests since we receive a vast number of questions via e-mail. Initially, we implemented a live chat solution, but we realized that it did not provide additional value to our customers. However, with e-bot7's solution we realize great automation of our customer service and, thus, are able to reduce waiting times and increase customer satisfaction. Can recommend!

    Positive: The set-up of the solution was extremely easy - thanks to the e-bot7 team that works with dedication and incorporates any request we raise. Furthermore, the virtual assistant can be easily customized and rolled out in different languages, making their solution very valuable to us. Besides, the automation rate increases the more customer requests the chatbot handles, further freeing up our agents' capacity.

    Negative: In the beginning, there were are few issues that have been solved instantly. Also, e-bot7 has different packages available which made our choice difficult; hence, one needs to be sure of the customer services' vision.

    Great platform to handle large ticket volumes

    Summary: We have only been using the solution for a short time, but have already achieved good results: About 73% of our ticket volumes are covered by the solution, more than expected at this point in time.

    Positive: e-bot7's platform fits our needs - intelligent virtual assistants backed by powerful AI, intuitive console including insightful analytics dashboard, easy to manage dialogue builder. Also, the staff of e-bot7 shows dedication to provide outstanding support for, e.g., advancing use cases and solving any issues that may arise.

    Negative: To date, we have only experienced minor issues that we would want to be added such as further options to analyze the virtual assistant's performance.

    Perfect chatbot solution for multinational customer service requirements

    Summary: As our international customer base grew rapidly within the past year, the chatbot solution helped us to manage the increased customer service request volumes. It is a great solution that enables us to scale our customer service, which would be inconceivable without any automation.

    Positive: We like that e-bot7's solution is able to serve our international customer base with the different languages that are offered. We also like the easy-to-use dashboard (you can easily manage content and receive insightful analytics) as well as the fact that the chatbot is getting smarter over time (without manual effort from our agents). On top of that, e-bot7 is very supportive - they ensure that our use cases turn out to be highly successful and beneficial for our organization.

    Negative: Generally, there is not much to complain about. In the beginning, we were missing a few features in the chatbot builder platform.

    Summary: Thanks to e-bot7's solution, we are able to both significantly reduce our live chat volumes and reduce customer waiting times by 68%. We would absolutely recommend going with e-bot7!

    Positive: With e-bot7's plug-and-play solution, we are able to launch our virtual assistant within only two weeks. The support of e-bot7 was extraordinary during that time - for example, they shared best practices on every step with us to ensure that we hit our launch date. On top of that, the back end is very intuitive and what is really fascinating is that we are now able to route conversations to different support channels, resulting in a reduction of customer waiting time by 68%.

    Negative: Initially, we have experienced some bugs that made the solution run badly; however, they have been completely solved over time.

    State-of-the-art AI solution to automate customer service

    Summary: Our customers do highly appreciate e-bot7's AI solution: We noticed that a large proportion of our customers demand service outside of our office hours. The solution provides 24/7 support and is able to resolve a large number of requests.

    Positive: -Very intuitive console / platform: Even colleagues that do not have a tech background can use it.
    -Bot gets trained automatically without the support of our agents.
    -Use case has been implemented faster than expected with results that exceeded our expectation. Thanks e-bot7!

    Negative: Further languages that we would like the solution to cover are not available yet. However, e-bot7 says they are working on covering further languages.
