    Summary: Overall, I say Dotloop is my favorite out of all the options I have used so far and I can't stress how user-friendly it truly is for all parties. I can draw up a contract from my tablet on the go and within 30 mins now that I have my folders.

    Positive: One thing I truly love about Dotloop is how user-friendly it is! That is very important for my end and my client's capability. My clients are even capable of signing on their phones. I love the way that each client can be put in their own loop. Every document that is part of that transaction can be stored. I also love how changes can't be made without clearing signatures that are already present. As Realtors, we are working with legally binding documents so clients feel secured. I also love how I can have folders so all of my needed documents to complete a contract are separated by counties, etc.

    Negative: I do wish that Dotloop had the feature like DigiSign where multiple documents that are uploaded as one can be separated through the portal.

    Main Con: Zillow has some ownership of the company now.

    Easy signature on mobile applications

    Summary: I am in the Middle regarding system itself. Support team is amazing and on point. As a user of many types of document and CRM systems this is not as fast as it should be.

    Positive: Easy signature process and is fairly intuitive. Easy to use in mobile applications for phone / tablet.

    Negative: Does not organize files and cannot sort by file name - it’s manual drag into order you want files to show up in the record called Loop. Does not accept mail, word or other types of files. Only PDF files. This system should upgrade to allow this.
