distrib-utec is an integrated ERP accounting system. Access to information is easy from other open protocol applications. Distrib-u-tec was designed to allow for one-time data entry. Information is keyed once and can be accessed from other areas of the system. Each sub-ledger contains real-time information, including account balances as well as product availability. The cut-off and month-end tasks that can be time-consuming have been reduced. You can post entries to any period during the current fiscal year. You can control the closing periods. All information is stored in a transaction table. It can be audited by batch and source, date, control numbers, etc. An audit trail of all transactions is kept for both GL and Inventory transactions. There is no hidden information or lumped together of details without being able to see them all.
