Positive: Zoho One provides high value for any business at an affordable price. It provides a decent alternative to each of Google and Microsoft's office productivity products. The great privacy features and customer service improve upon an already impressive suite.
Negative: We cannot ask any more from Zoho at this point. Even though a few apps are not at par with the top most competition Zoho One is a respectable office suite with plenty of great apps.

Summary: Zoho One is a complete package for my business. It offers multiple Zoho services in a bundle. It comes with CRM, bug tracker, notes and many other services, which completely fulfilled my business needs.
Positive: Zoho One is a bundled form of all Zoho services. All services of Zoho are integrated with each other. It gives all in one solution for business needs. Customer Support gives very quick response.
Negative: Many tools are of no use for me but I need to pay because of the bundle limitation.

Although Zoho offers this new interface with a new and detailed look at all the CRM marketing and management functions, it can become too complex to manage the tasks to be done, without a doubt it is what we needed, to converge all the dynamics in one, but it could adjust to a lighter experience, with this platform the work is not very fluid and quite dense, we have to take a lot of time to dedicate to the platform and that everything goes as we wish, it takes time to adapt to how abrasive it can be to handle so many things in one but I think that so far we have been achieving very well.
